Who We Are

What We Do
We find neighborhoods where there is a lot of improvement potential and which are neighboring nicer areas.
We refurbish those properties to a standard that matches the nicer areas nearby and work on solving issues that will help the neighborhood increase in value.
We then sell the properties once we have good evidence that the value of the neighborhood has gone up significantly or is matching the nicer area next to it.

Minimum investment is $200,000.
